We offer a full programme of fitness classes, suitable for all abilities and tastes – from high intensity cardio classes to low impact, more sedate classes for those who want to improve stability and flexibility.

Classes are £6.50 pay as you go (yoga 1 1/2 hrs is £8) – and don’t forget that we offer our Silver Exercise (classes only) membership for just £27/month.
