PILATES

This mat based exercise is fantastic for improving strength, flexibility, mobility, posture, balance & coordination. Pilates has something to offer people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to experienced athletes.

Fitness pilates is a more dynamic version of the exercise.

Pilates on the ball incorporates the use of a large exercise ball to enable a greater range of movements and stability exercises.

Mondays, 6pm-7pm, 7pm-8pm & 8pm-9pm
Thursdays, 6pm-7pm

PILATES ON THE BALL:
Thursdays, 12.30pm-1.30pm
