Circuit training is a combination of exercises performed with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time. One circuit is when all the chosen exercises have been completed. Multiple circuits can be performed in one training session.

This class does exactly what it says on the tin! A great workout for burning calories, LBT hits all the trouble spots of the thighs, gluteal & abdominal muscles in this fab, fun class with a serious purpose. A combination of classic step aerobics with body weight exercises to challenge your cardiovascular fitness whilst toning and sculpting the body. Ending with an abs blast to complete the workout.

A group exercise class where you will utilise not only your abdominals but all of your core. You will use a variety of different equipment and exercises to improve your overall core strength. Although the class will be suitable for all fitness levels, there will be some exercises that will test even the strongest of cores.

Healthy Hearts: 

This is a class aimed at customers who are looking to get mobile again after suffering a heart attack / stroke, surgery or procedure. The class is led by a fully qualified instructor and involves low impact, circuit based exercises. Before new participants join they must meet with the instructor to ensure it is suitable.
